Helps homeowners who may not otherwise qualify for credit obtain funds (up to $30,000) needed for critical home repairs, and other home improvements.
Restrictions apply: 1/3 of the funds are forgiven over five years, 1/3 are due on sale, and 1/3 is to be repaid at 5%. Up to 80% AMI.
